In celebration of University Art's 60th Anniversary, they are sponsoring their first open art competition for artists in San Jose, Sacramento and surrounding areas.

Categories are: oil/acrylic, pastel, drawing, watercolor or mixed media. Awards: over $10,000 in cash and merchandise. Entry fees: $25. for one entry, $35. for two entries.

The San Jose Juror is George Rivera, Exec. Director & Curator of the Triton Museum of Art.
