Featured Artist: Lynn Dau
Lynn Dau is an emerging artist living and creating in Los Altos, California. She lives with her husband and two children. She has a degree in behavioral sciences and law. As a lawyer she worked as a public defender and practiced private criminal defense attorney. After the birth of her second child she decided to pursue her true passion and study art. She is primarily a sculptor working in clay and bronze, but has recently discovered the joy of drawing and also produces two dimensional works.

Storypoet. Spiritually touching folk poetry weaves through talisman tales. Graduating from SJSU in 1991 with a major in English and a minor split between sociology and religious studies, Lu was and is fascinated by the social function of mythology and folklore - how stories, beliefs and practices reflect and reinforce cultural values and attitudes.
