Do you knit a mean sweater? Can you crochet circles around circles? Or are you enthusiastically garter stitching your first scarf? Regardless of your level of experience, we want you! The San Jose Yarnbombing Crew is recruiting new members!

Yarn-bomb-ing (yarn bom-ing) n. 1. The softer, cuddlier side of graffiti. Street art that brings smiles to faces, and brightens up our neighborhood with unexpected bursts of color and whimsy. 2. Sneaky, guerrilla knitting. Taking your wild textile art to the next level of creativity and public art awesomeness.

We are plotting a massive yarnstorm to hit the streets during the 3rd Annual SubZERO Festival in the SoFA District on First Friday June 4th. We need all the hands and pointy sticks (and hooks) we can get to make this year's bombing amazing!
